Specific climate of the higher situated areas of Leskovac city, where this fruit is cultivated, has a great influence on expressive aroma of this fruit. The “pear flavor” is preserved in the process of fermentation and distillation of the husk. With respect to all this, we get a high quality brandy with exquisite natural aroma of fresh Williams pear.
